Holmdel First Aid and Rescue Squad operates a wide variety of apparatus.  Apparatus include a Captains vehicle, two Rescue Vehicles, and four Ambulances.  Two buildings in the Township of Holmdel store these pieces of apparatus until they are called into service.

In the heart of Holmdel you will find main building (18-21) for the First Aid and Rescue Squad.  At this location you will find two of the four ambulances as well as both rescue vehicles.  1821 serves primarily the central and southern parts of town as well as the Garden State Parkway.  The ambulances stationed at this location are 1862 and 1861.  Ambulance 1862 serves as the duty rig while 1861 is second out.  As mentioned before you will find the two rescue apparatus as well.  Rescue 1865 is assigned as the primary extrication vehicle.  It can also serve as a mobile command post should the need arise.  A second rescue vehicle is stored here as well, 1829.  This vehicle serves as a back up to 1865 and also as a Special Services Unit.

On the other side of town is the second building for the Squad (18-22).  Here two ambulances are stored.  Ambulances 1863 is the duty rig while 1861 is second out.  This location primarily serves the northern side of town.

A captains vehicle is assigned to the township captain of the squad.  This vehicle resides with the captain during his/her service as captain.  With this vehicle the captain has the availability to respond to either of the buildings or directly to the scene.
